Let's face it. This isn't about games anymore.
Last Will and Testament.
So, I was just thinking. . . nobody leaves important messages in their wills any more. I mean, people still handle asset disbursement through their last will and testament, but nobody leaves important messages that they always wanted to tell people.
I want to do something like that, but I'd probably want to mess with it a little. When I die, my lawyer will be instructed to gather together all the people who had a motive to kill me in a secluded mansion, far away from the city, on a cliff, with the bridge washed out. Then, when they all gather for brandy and cigars after a succulent elk dinner, the lawyer will open the sealed will and read, "Now that I am dead, I should let you know that the killer is one of the people in this room!!" Then, the lawyer will have to switch off the lights, and . . . I don't know, just see what happens.
Or, here's a great project. Sit down, and write out letters to people in your life. Write out all the stuff that you always wanted to tell them, but could bring yourself to say. Write it out like it's going into your will, like these are the last words you'll ever be able to say. Like you'll never get a chance to amend the letters. You'll need to be specific, because you wouldn't want people to misunderstand you if you'll never be able to talk to them again. Make sure you write out absolutely everything. Leave nothing out, because again, you'll never be able to add to it or take anything back.
Then, when you've got all the letters written, send them. That's right. Mail them and let the people in your life exactly, explicitly, accurately, and completely know what you think of them.
What do you think that would do to your life? How would people treat you after that?
